Meet the team

Stacey Sinclair - Team Leader/Senior Manager

I have been with SPDNS homecare since May 2004, previously I worked in hospital settings and domiciliary care. I am also a trusted assessor and am able to assess people in the own homes and order the appropriate equipment they need.  I am extremely proud to work for SPDNS and continue to strive along with my colleagues to provide the best care we can give to our service users and their families.

Caroline Hobbs – Care Manager

I was a Registered Nurse for many years and have worked as a Care Manager for SPDNS Home Care since 1997. In that time I have seen many changes. Initially I worked purely in a qualified nurse role and for our Hospice at Home Team. I have been the Care Manager since 1999 for the Southend area and work closely with Stacey in her role. Our day to day responsibilities include dealing with referrals, undertaking assessments to ascertain the needs of service users and planning their care visits.

Wendy Andrews - Care Coordinator

I joined SPDNS eleven years ago as a community carer.  I have had a lot of experience in private hospitals, care homes, nursing homes and managed a care home so have vast experience across the board.  In March 2023 I became Care Coordinator which involves supporting carers and service users, ensuring continuity of care and providing a professional service to maintain a high level of care.  I enjoy the balance of office work and getting out and about doing assessments and meeting the service users and their families.

Mollie-Jane Randall - Care Administrator

I joined the SPDNS Adult Team in August 2024.  I have previously worked in the care industry for five years as Field Supervisor in Domiciliary care and Senior Support Worker in Dementia based care homes.  I work closely alongside our Care Managers to provide a quality service to our staff and service users.  I absolutely love my role in our team and am looking forward to my future here.

Kathy Jones – Administrator

I joined the Company in October 1999 originally working in Reception. After a few years, and as the company grew, I wanted a new challenge and the Care Managers needed support with administration tasks and communication with staff and Service Users, so I applied for the role as Team Administrator. I greatly enjoy my role with the team supporting the Care Staff and Service users.
