Job Opportunities

We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee and support our hospice at home team.  This role will be for 30 hours per week over 4 days.  Mainly office based with some work in the community.

The successful candidate will need to have the minimum of a level 3 in Health and Social Care qualification and experience of working in a community setting.
